He started Flanagan Law firm in 2015 with almost no money to his name, working out of a rented mother-in-law suite in Morningside. For the first two years, Brendan accepted almost any case that needed help (both small and big). Since 2015, Brendan has recovered millions upon millions of dollars for his deserving clients, all of whom Brendan considers friends and family for life.

At the beginning of her career, and before joining Flanagan Law, she passionately served at an Atlanta-based law firm, focusing on insurance coverage work and liability defense for insurance companies and their insureds. However, as time passed, Morgan realized her true passion lies in helping individuals instead of big companies. She transitioned into the Plaintiff bar. Her increasing record of successfully handling cases resulting in verdicts for plaintiffs speaks of her dedication.

Collin brings a diverse legal background to his practice. Before joining our firm, Collin represented some of the largest corporations and insurance companies at one of the oldest and most respected Defense Firms in the Southeast. Collin’s practice focused on construction and professional liability cases—handling depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and contributing to large and significant jury trials.

With experience in insurance defense and personal injury, Stephanie can view cases from all angles. This unique perspective allows Stephanie to effectively communicate complicated matters in a way that clients can understand.

Experience: Jordan is a Case Manager with Flanagan Law, utilizing her dynamic customer service experiences to aid clients in their time of need. Jordan is the youngest of five siblings characterized by her tenacious spirit and lively energy. She is a proud alumna of Clemson University, where her academic performance consistently landed her on the Dean’s List and President’s List.
Jordan loves to call Atlanta, Georgia, home. Her passion for life lies in the opportunity to advocate for and help others.
