Experience
Before joining Flanagan Law, P.C., Morgan practiced at an Atlanta defense firm, handling insurance coverage work and liability defense for insurance companies and the people they insure. She realized she wanted to help individuals instead of large companies, and she moved to the plaintiffs’ side, where she sharpened her skills under experienced Georgia plaintiffs’ attorneys.
Morgan has handled cases from intake all the way through jury verdict. She works alongside founder Brendan Flanagan.
She knows the playbook. Morgan used to work for insurance companies. When an insurer denies coverage for your injuries, she knows where to push.

Service and Community
Morgan stays active in the State Bar of Georgia. She has served for the past two years as a Director in the Young Lawyers Division (YLD), and before that she spent three years as co-chair of the YLD’s Georgia Legal Food Frenzy committee, a competition among Georgia lawyers to raise money for local food banks.
During her four years of leadership, Georgia Legal Food Frenzy raised more than $3 million for Georgia’s food banks. Morgan is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and an editor of the association’s Verdict magazine.

Morgan is a proactive problem solver who loves helping her clients get full and fair justice. In law school, she also led Mercer Law to three consecutive Legal Food Frenzy wins as Mercer’s student representative.
Fun Facts
Morgan is a baseball fanatic (Go Braves!) and loves to golf. She is the proud owner of Jim “Hallie” Halpert, a rescue cat, and Millie, a rescue dog. She is a serious coffee fan, though she won’t pass up a gas station cup. In her free time you will find her at Truist Park, on the golf course, or on the couch with her two pets.
