Experience
Morgan is a skilled litigator. Before joining Flanagan Law, Morgan practiced at an Atlanta defense firm doing insurance coverage work and liability defense on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds. After realizing her passion for helping individuals instead of large companies, Morgan transitioned to the Plaintiffs’ bar, where she honed her skills under some of the best Plaintiffs’ attorneys in Georgia. Morgan has recovered millions of dollars for her clients, and successfully handled cases from intake all the way through jury verdict. In her first two weeks with Flanagan Law, Morgan was instrumental in trying 2 cases to jury verdict – both resulting in verdicts for the plaintiff.

Morgan prides herself on being a proactive problem solver and loves lending her talents to help her clients receive full and fair justice. Morgan is also uniquely positioned to battle insurance companies when they deny coverage for her client’s injuries.
During law school, Morgan was the Georgia Survey Editor for the 69th Volume of Mercer Law Review, Secretary of the Student Bar Association Secretary, and a member of the William A. Bootle Inn of Court. Morgan also lead Mercer Law to three consecutive Legal Food Frenzy victories as Mercer’s student representative.
Morgan is a tenacious attorney who cares deeply for her clients.
Currently, Morgan remains active in the Georgia Bar, serving as a Director in the Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) of the State Bar of Georgia for the past two years. Morgan also previously served the YLD for three years as co-chair of the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy committee–a competition between Georgia lawyers to raise money for local food banks. During Morgan’s four years of leadership, Georgia Legal Food Frenzy has raised over $3 million dollars for Georgia’s food banks. Morgan is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and serves as an editor of GTLA’s Verdict magazine.
Fun Facts
Morgan is a baseball fanatic (Go Braves!), and loves to golf. She is the proud mother of Jim “Hallie” Halpert, a rescue cat, and Millie, a rescue dog. She is also an avid coffee connoisseur (but she won’t pass up a gas station cup of coffee). In her free time, you’ll find Morgan at Truist Park, on the golf course, or on the couch with her two fur babies.
